SHIPPING TIMES:

Our printed wall art is made to order. Standard production time is 2-3 business days. Standard shipping time is 1-5 business days. Printed wall art can only be shipped within the contiguous US.

Our hand painted wall art is made to order. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks. Standard shipping time is 10-15 business days. Hand painted wall art can be shipped worldwide.

Any delays in processing payment, including a denied card authorization, will result in a delay in processing your order for production.

All orders ship FREE.

*Please note that while most orders will arrive by the time shown in the checkout, there is a possibility of delays due to high e-commerce volumes and your order may be impacted. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to produce and deliver your order.

BUSINESS DAYS & HOLIDAYS

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Our warehouse is closed during the below holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.

Simply select your ‘Ship To’ country at time of checkout to see your options.

Our standard international shipping provided to you at checkout may include additional duties and taxes that will be due to the carrier before or at time of delivery. This is dependent upon your country's customs process.

We are happy to offer additional options which may include prepaid duties and taxes. For these rates or any additional shipping requests, including advance quotes, please contact us at any time.

HAWAII & ALASKA

Hawaii and Alaska are exempt from free shipping promotions. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer USPS (Priority), 2- Day and 1-Day shipping services.

P.O. BOX, MILITARY ADDRESSES

Shipping to PO boxes is available for a custom fee. Shipping to PO boxes is only available via USPS and we will always do our best to get you the lowest shipping rates possible. Please contact us with your information to get a custom shipping quote. The USPS delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger items must be shipped to a street address. We can also ship to an APO address through USPS.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship items to more than one address, create a separate order for each shipping address.

MULTIPLE PRODUCTION TIMES

In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. Printed canvas wall art and hand painted canvas wall art will be shipped separately and have different shipping times.

Average transit times are based on orders shipping to addresses in the Continental United States

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

In case of shipping damages or errors, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately with photos of the area of concern. Our Customer Service team will be in touch with a resolution within 1-2 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
